Delivery time to European countries may take up to one week, to countries outside Europe up to two weeks, depending on local postal services. Shipping within the Netherlands takes up to 48 hours, provided that the order is placed before Friday 12.00h am. Monday no delivery. Surfbikini takes no responsibility for delivery imperfections on account of the postal service.
Are you not satisfied with the product? It can always be returned. The timespan to return a product is 14 days after having received the product at your shipping address. Please note, Before returning the product, it is obliged to inform us upfront via our return form. You don’t have to wait for an answer. After submitting the form you can send the product back right away. Without having informed us upfront, returns will not be accepted by Sensi Graves Bikinis Europe and therefore sent back, nor will they be compensated by credits or refunds. Shipping costs for returns are on the costumers own account. You can choose your own shipping method and therefore you are responsible for the delivery at Sensi Graves Bikinis Europe in time.
Please note: for hygienic reasons, bikini bottoms can only be returned when the hygienic strip of the bottom has not been removed, the product has not been damaged and has not been used. If these criteria are not met, Surbikini offers no compensation and will send back the product. Also, the original brand labels should be attached, both on tops and bottoms. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Prices of bikinis are excluding shipping and handling costs. Costst per order within and outside of European countries are 6,95 euro’s. Shipping costs within The Netherlands are 3,95 euros. Returns are on buyers costs.
Defective products will be shipping free replaced by Sensi Graves Bikinis Europe, after having received the returned product. Please send us in advance a picture of the defective product. Refunds are only possible in case the product is out of stock. Warrantly items will only by accepted, if they are clearly due to manufacturers imperfection, whith exclusion of misabuse of the product. The warranty time is limited to 3 months after having received the products at your shipping address.
You can choose out of a variety of payment methods. All safe & secure. The options are: iDEAL, Sofortbanking, Visa/Mastercard/Maestro, MisterCash, Giropay and Paypal. We charge NO payment costs on orders. Refunds will follow your initial used payment method.
